To register your child for a TLDSB school please print and fill out the appropriate:

Once the form is completed, please take the form to your child’s school as soon as possible (Please note: all schools will be closed throughout the summer months. Secretaries will be back in schools the first week of September to accept new student registrations).

Encouraging lifetime learning for all ages. Students age 16 and over can earn credits or upgrade skills in any of our six Alternate Education and Training Centres. Parents who decide to provide home schooling for their child(ren) should notify the School Board of their intent in writing. Parents should provide the name, gender, and date of birth of each child who is receiving home schooling, as well as the telephone number and address of the home. This notification form should be completed each year until the child reaches the age of 18.
