LINDSAY, ON – Jennifer Anderson will be the new head of Employee Services for Trillium Lakelands District School Board (TLDSB). Replacing Superintendent Dianna Scates who retires at the end of July, Jennifer will then begin her role as the Executive Officer of Employee Services. Recently the Human Resources and Labour Relations Manager for Peterborough Public Health, Jennifer’s experience has included human resources leadership in healthcare, banking, research, and global organizations.
“Children are our next generation of influencers. Our educators contribute significantly to shaping minds and values, providing a solid foundation for our students,” states Anderson. “The importance of building partnerships based on trust and integrity is key to building a strong future together.”
Jennifer is looking forward to supporting labour relationships and upcoming negotiations with the various TLDSB workgroups and building partnerships with TLDSB stakeholders.

Jennifer, her husband, and two very active children live in Peterborough where they prioritize the importance of appreciating and valuing differing perspectives.
