School bus transportation reflects a partnership with the home so that your children can arrive at school safe and ready to learn. Please familiarize yourself with transportation procedures listed below so that, together, we can provide the best transportation system.

Is my child eligible for busing?

Students who are enrolled in the school within their designated attendance area may be eligible for daily transportation on a school bus route during the school year. They may be required to walk to a designated school bus pick-up point or to the school.

In addition, each school has a defined walking zone within its attendance area. These zones are determined by the following guidelines:

• Grade JK - 8 1.6 km
• Grade 9 - 12 3.2 km

• Grade JK - 8 0.8 km
• Grade 9 - 12 1.6 km
