Langton Public School sends a warm thank-you to the Fenelon Falls District Policing Committee for their generous donation. The funds received assisted the school in buying a class laptop. This laptop will be used by the Resource teacher for SEA (Special Equipment Amount) laptop trials. Students who are being considered for SEA must have used a laptop for a certain length of time, in order to prove that it would be effective. Then, the requests for SEA equipment is submitted, increasing the number of laptops in the school building. In addition to providing assistive technology for special needs students, these laptops allow many classes to pursue learning through different processes.
