To make paying school fees easier, Trillium Lakelands District School Board is now accepting online payments through School Cash Online. This platform allows parents and community members to pay school-related fees online – safely, quickly, and easily. With School Cash Online, you can pay for items such as lunches, field trips, and sports fees. Anytime, anywhere.

How it Works

Schools post their items and activities through the system and assign the available options to students based on grade or classroom. You can then choose to pay for these fees online through credit card, debit card, or eCheque. Our notification system allows you to easily keep track of which school fees require your attention, after you create an account.

Troubleshooting and account issues should be resolved through School Cash Online and not the school.

School Cash Online is certified with the latest industry standards for payment card security (PCI). They do not store nor share your payment information. They will never email or contact you asking to divulge personal information.
Don’t worry, we hate spam too! You will receive emails with your receipts, and payment reminders when you have things to purchase.
Contact your school to confirm your child’s details (name, birthday, student #) to ensure it matches exactly what was entered in your school’s records.
Depending on your district, not every school may be starting School Cash Online at same time. Please confirm with your school if the school is participating in offering this to parents. They following is a list of current schools that are piloting this new service in TLDSB:

Archie Stouffer Elementary School, Bracebridge Public School, Bobcaygeon Public School, Cardiff Elementary School, Fenelon Township Public School, Glen Orchard Public School, Gravenhurst High School, Gravenhurst Public School, JD Hodgson Elementary School, KP Manson Public School, Lady MacKenzie Public School, Langton Public School, Macaulay Public School, Monck Public School, Muskoka Beechgrove Public School, Muskoka Falls Public School Ridgewood Public School, Stuart Baker Elementary School, Watt Public School, Wilberforce Elementary School, Woodville Elementary School. 

Each school creates their own items for purchase and assigns them to the students. Once assigned, they will appear online under the student. Please contact the school if you do not see the item you are looking for.
If your child is moving to another school within the district, and School Cash Online is available for that school, then the items for your child will automatically be updated to reflect the new school. If your child is moving outside the district or to a school that does not have School Cash Online, then they will be de-activated in School Cash Online 
 Please contact your school office if you would like to request refunds for any items purchased. MyWallet balances can be refunded by sending a request to myWallet@kevgroup.com.
