To attract quality leadership, it is crucial that we offer a competitive, transparent, and responsible compensation plan.
Trillium Lakelands District School Board, in consultation with the Government of Ontario, has developed its proposed Executive Compensation Program to fulfill the requirements of provincial regulations. The purpose of the Executive Compensation Program is to set out a rational compensation approach for executive positions across all school boards, including those in our board.
Part of this process requires that we ask for public feedback on our proposed program. You can find the details of the program below, by clicking on “Read the Report.” After reading through the report, we invite you to tell us your thoughts by completing the feedback form. You must provide your name and a valid email address. We will be accepting feedback until December 29, 2017.
We will provide a summary of your feedback to the Ministry of Education for its review. Once TLDSB receives final approval from the government for our program, it will be presented to the Board of Trustees for approval.
